Finding Flow Nervous System Reset Algarve Yoga Retreat

You’re invited to join us in Portugal June 2027 for Finding Your Flow: A five-night yoga retreat designed to leave you feeling rested, reconnected, and feeling like yourself again.

We’ll be staying at a peaceful retreat on the rural outskirts of Santa Luzia,close to Tavira in the Algarve, surrounded by nature, sleeping in beautiful solo or shared rooms, swimming in wild natural pools, and enjoying nourishing plant-based meals each day.

There’ll be daily yoga, sound healing, movement, and time to slow down.

If you’ve been feeling burnt out, off-centre or lost in the noise of your daily life, this is your chance to ground down into your body and light.

Rooms are ensuite or share a bathroom with one other room. Each room is within a small apartment with 2-3 bedrooms, living space, kitchen, balcony or terrace etc.

All rooms are close to one of two wild swimming pools and either close to the yoga space or a 4 minute gentle stroll along a path through the farmland.

Rooms are either air conditioned or in a shady house with fans for warm nights.

Shared Occupancy (Double or Twin)

• Luxury shared Double/Twin Ensuite – £1399pp
  Shared room (double or 2 single beds) with ensuite bathroom or private bathroom.

Non Air Conditioned Rooms (these rooms are a four minute walk along a path to the main yoga space)

Naturally ventilated rooms with fan cooling.

Solo Occupancy

• Solo Ensuite – £1250
  Private room with your own ensuite bathroom, first floor with patio doors to balcony with pool view.
• Solo double with private bathroom
  Private room on ground floor – £1250
• Solo double with shared bathroom
  Private room on first floor with patio doors to balcony with pool view- £1099
• Solo Room with Shared Bathroom – £1099
• Private room with shared bathroom facilities.

Shared Occupancy (Double or Twin)

• Shared Room with Shared Bathroom – £950pp
  Shared room (double or twin beds) with shared bathroom facilities.

Book with a £400 per person (£800 per couple) and balances will be due 2 months before the retreat start date.
